When you join a GermanMind course, you book a fixed seat in one specific group with a set start and end date. Because our classes are intentionally very small (max. 10 in school, 6 online), your seat is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be moved, transferred, or used in another course.

Course switches are only possible free of charge if GermanMind placed you in the wrong level based on our placement test or teacher assessment. For all other reasons, a course-change fee applies, and any change depends on availability.

Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before the course starts. After this period, the full course fee applies, as your place is fully planned and allocated.

Yes! All students receive a Certificate of Attendance after completing their course. This is generally accepted by employers and for applications. Please note: for visa purposes, you must take an official exam (e.g. Goethe or TELC).

Yes! We offer live online classes for all levels (A1 to C1), with personal teacher support in real time.

If you have to cancel your spot in your group course, please contact us at least 72 hours (3 full days) in advance to avoid being charged the full course fee. Late cancellations are charged 100%.

If you have to cancel your private lesson, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Late cancellations are charged 100%. If necessary, you can cancel via email: info@germanmind.ie Replacement lessons, if necessary, and classes on Bank Holidays are moved take place on Friday or Saturday of the same week.

In case of renewed government restrictions, all classes will take place online. No refunds given.
