Service Description

Our B2 level is structured into six courses: B2.1 - B2.6. The B2.2 course is perfect for students who have successfully completed the intermediate level or have a solid grasp of the language in everyday and more complex situations. Course Details: - Duration: 8 weeks - Class Size: Maximum 10 students Course Description: The B2.2 course is designed for students ready to deepen their understanding and proficiency in German. Under the guidance of our experienced native German teachers, you will explore advanced language structures and vocabulary. This course emphasizes interactive and engaging lessons tailored to foster substantial progress in small groups. Learning Focus: At this stage, you will refine your skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The course covers advanced grammar topics, including subjunctive moods, passive voice, complex sentence structures, and nuanced expressions. Topics Covered: - Understanding and discussing complex texts - Expressing hypothetical situations and wishes - Advanced vocabulary for discussing opinions, debates, and persuasive arguments - Writing formal letters and reports - Analyzing and discussing literature and media - Enhancing listening skills through various audio and video materials - Deepening cultural understanding of German-speaking countries Materials: Course book (fee: €37; details provided after booking).

T&Cs @ GermanMind – Simple, Clear & Fair Course Bookings: When you join a GermanMind course, you book a fixed place in one specific group with a set start and end date. Small groups are part of the GermanMind concept and learning experience (max. 10 students in school, 6 online). Your place is therefore reserved exclusively for you and cannot normally be transferred, moved, or used in another course. Missed Classes & Substitute Classes: If you miss a class, free substitute classes may be available in another suitable group, depending on space and scheduling. Substitute classes are not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance by contacting [mail@germanmind.ie](mailto:mail@germanmind.ie). Cancellations: If you need to cancel your place in a group course, please email [mail@germanmind.ie](mailto:mail@germanmind.ie) at least 72 hours before the course starts. Because places are reserved individually and groups are intentionally kept small, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course start are generally non-refundable. Bank Holidays: Classes falling on Bank Holidays may be rescheduled to the Friday of the same week.
