T&Cs @ GermanMind – Simple, Clear & Fair Course Bookings: When you join a GermanMind course, you book a fixed place in one specific group with a set start and end date. Small groups are part of the GermanMind concept and learning experience (max. 10 students in school, 6 online). Your place is therefore reserved exclusively for you and cannot normally be transferred, moved, or used in another course. Missed Classes & Substitute Classes: If you miss a class, free substitute classes may be available in another suitable group, depending on space and scheduling. Substitute classes are not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance by contacting [mail@germanmind.ie](mailto:mail@germanmind.ie). Cancellations: If you need to cancel your place in a group course, please email [mail@germanmind.ie](mailto:mail@germanmind.ie) at least 72 hours before the course starts. Because places are reserved individually and groups are intentionally kept small, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course start are generally non-refundable.
