Behind the Scenes at GermanMind – Meet Seraina, Your First Point of Contact

If you’ve ever written to GermanMind, you’ve already met Seraina – our friendly first point of contact. She’s the person who helps new students find the right course, answers every placement question and makes sure your German journey starts smoothly.
Since 2018, Seraina has been part of the GermanMind team, teaching and supporting hundreds of students in Dublin and online.
A Day Behind the Scenes
Before each term begins, Seraina is busy helping students choose the right level; from complete beginners to confident B2 speakers. She reviews placement test results, matches students with their ideal teachers, and ensures every class runs perfectly from day one.
In between, she prepares her own German lessons, answers questions from new and existing learners, and makes sure everyone feels welcome at GermanMind.
