For grammar rules in particular! Learn faster and make sure you really understand the rules by explaining the rules yourself. Imagine that you teach someone else what you are learning.
Naptime! Sleeping between two learning sessions greatly improves retention.
Change! Changing the way you learn can help you master it faster.
Keep it short! Learn more efficiently in 30-50 minutes sections and a 10 minute break in between.
Make notes! Use cards and write your notes with pen and paper instead of digitally!
Review! Reviewing the information one to two days after you first learned it.
Relax! Downtime is important! Relax between your learning sessions.
